Product Designer

You'll be Fyxer's first senior product design hire, leading design strategy for an AI-powered productivity platform. Working directly with engineers and the PM, you'll design complex interactions around live transcription, AI drafting, and cross-surface workflows—not simple CRUD forms. This is interaction design at scale: making genuine complexity feel effortless.

You'll own user research, run your own interviews and session analysis, and use behaviour-first thinking to defend design decisions.
