Join Granola as a Product Designer to pioneer AI-powered work tools. You'll invent interaction patterns, shape design culture from day one, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with a design-forward founding team. Prototype in Figma and code, spend time with users weekly, and obsess over fit & finish across Mac, iOS, and web. This is a senior/staff-level role for systems thinkers who've shipped beautifully designed products. You'll move fluidly between rapid exploration and meticulous detail work, comfortable using latest AI tools like Cursor and Claude.
