Lead Product Designer (Fintech)

Lead a small fintech design team at Deel while staying hands-on with product work. You'll split your time between setting design vision across Client and Worker experiences (web and mobile), working directly on active B2B and B2C projects, and developing designers through collaboration. This is leadership by doing—shipping strong work, raising the bar through example, not politics.

You need 8+ years in product design with 3+ years at senior IC level (Lead/Staff) and 2+ years managing designers. Fintech experience is a plus.
