Product Designer (Staff / Principal Level)

Join Anima as a Staff/Principal Product Designer to lead design across multiple product lines in personalised medicine. You'll work on high-impact healthcare challenges that directly save lives—currently serving 1,100+ clinics and 20% of the UK population.

You'll need 4+ years of 0-1 design experience at high-growth startups, strong frontend development knowledge (Cursor, Claude Code), and a blend of product thinking and design craft. This is end-to-end design ownership: customer research in GP practices, strategy influence, and building design systems at scale.
