Staff Product Designer

Lead the design of Birdie's AI-first care management platform at this fast-growing healthtech scale-up. You'll own complex problem spaces in home healthcare coordination—from assessing needs and building care plans to managing visits across hundreds of providers. This is a senior IC role where you'll shape product direction, raise the design bar across the team through critique and mentorship, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to frame problems and drive outcomes.
