Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

Lead the design of AI-powered experiences at Awin, focusing on conversational interfaces and LLM-based chatbots. You'll own discovery through release, designing intuitive interactions that translate complex AI capabilities into human-centred experiences users trust. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to prototype conversational flows, define success metrics, and evaluate outputs through user testing. Mentor designers and shape AI design principles across the organisation.
