Principal Product Designer

Principal Product Designer role at tem, an AI-native energy infrastructure company. You'll own design outcomes end-to-end across product surfaces and build tem's design platform—defining interaction patterns, semantic tokens, reusable components, and AI-enabled workflows. This is an individual contributor role with lead scope, working directly with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ship faster with higher consistency. You'll pioneer agentic experiences, set design standards for trust and craft, and apply AI to prototyping and production.
